Free School Meals to All Students Age 18 & Under

Starting November 2, 2020, the Sulphur Springs Child Nutrition Program will be able to offer free school meals to all students, age 18 & under, regardless of eligibility through the USDA's Food and Nutrition Service nationwide waivers. This will be applicable until the remainder of the school year, May 26, 2021. We will continue to offer the Grab and Go Curbside meals through Barbara Bush Primary for our virtual students and offer meals to children not in school, too. Parent or guardian will need to provide birth certificates for children not in school. The time for meal pick-up is between 12:45 p.m. and 1 :15 p.m. Please contact our office if you will be picking up a meal so our staff can be prepared with meals.
Any money currently in accounts can be used to purchase a la carte items. You may add money to your child's account for extra purchases, too. Any charges already incurred on your child's account are still owed.
If you have any questions, please contact the Child Nutrition Department at 903-885-2153, extension 1113 or 1114.
