CPE Credit Request Information

CPE credit will be granted for "attending" the virtual event sessions from July 15th - 17th only if you complete this tracker form and submit it through Eduphoria.  While some sessions are less than 1 hour in time, we expect you will take time to practice or explore the things you learned about in the session, so all sessions receive 1 hour credit.
