LADYCAT POWERLIFTING
    • 2020-2021 Girls MVP Michelle Allen and
    • Cahela Moya
      Machell Allen 9th Grader in the 259+ weight class earned 2nd place and the opportunity to compete at the Women's State Powerlifting Meet March 20th in Corpus Christi. Regional lifts 375 squat - 135 bench - 320 deadlift 
       
      Czhela Moya 12th grader in the 97-pound weight class earned 3rd place and the opportunity to compete at the Women's State Powerlifting Meet. Regional lift 145 squat - 70 bench - 150 deadlift 
      Trinity Sikel 12th grader in the 97-pound weight class earned 4th place in Division 1 Region 3. Regional Lifts 135 squat - 65 bench - 160 deadlift 
       
      I am very proud of how all 8 regional Lady Cat powerlifters competed. Every lifter had a personal best lift in either squat, bench, or deadlift if not all three.
