UIL Film

The UIL Film Festival is held each year in Austin, Texas.  High school film makers enter films in 4 categories: Narrative, Documentary, Traditional Animation and Digital Animation.  Films are submitted each year in early January.  Once submitted, there are 2 rounds of preliminary judging.  Films move from Round 2 into Semi-Finals.  The top 6 films emerge from Semi-Final to go on to the State UIL Film Festival, held each year in late February.
