Jacquelyn Brice
President

Jacquelyn Brice was elected to the Board in 2002.  She was elected president in 2010 and has previously held
the offices of secretary, vice president and president.

Ms. Brice is a retired educator and currently works as a real estate agent for Century 21 Hometown Real Estate in Sulphur Springs.

Jack Chubb
Trustee

Jack Chubb was elected to the Board in 2005.  He previously held the office of secretary.

Mr. Chubb is a retired educator.


Jason Dietze
Vice President

Jason Dietze was elected to the Board in 2009. He was elected vice president in 2010.

Mr. Dietze is theYouth Director for First United Methodist Church in Sulphur Springs.


Clay Johnson 
Master Trustee

Clay Johnson was elected to the Board in 2007. He has previously held the offices of secretary, vice president, and president.  He was recently named Master Trustee following completion of the Texas Association of School Boards' Leadership TASB program.

Mr. Johnson is an Attorney with the Johnson Law Firm, PC in Sulphur Springs.

Don Sapaugh
Trustee

Don Sapaugh was elected to the Board in 2006.  He has previously held the offices of vice president and president.

Mr. Sapaugh is a Vice President at City National Bank in Sulphur Springs.


Foy Williams
Trustee

Foy Williams was elected to the Board in 2004.  He has previously held the offices of vice president and president.

Mr. Williams is retired as both an educator and probation officer.


Kerry Wright
Secretary

Kerry Wright was appointed to the Board in 2009 to carry out the unexpired term of resigned board member, Carolyn Thomas. He was elected secretary in 2010.

Mr. Wright is President of Copy Products Imaging, Inc. in Sulphur Springs.
