Welcome to Sulphur Springs ISD Health Services.  Our primary purpose is to promote, maintain, and improve student, staff and community health.  SSISD health services does not serve as a substitute for the health care which parents should provide for their children but as an addition to this care.

Our district has six school nurses--three registered nurses and three licensed vocational nurses.
They are your 'go to' person for anything health-related with your child.
